  1. Search for Spiky.ai in the Apps tab.

  2. Once you add the Spiky.ai bot, you will see a welcome card. Then click the “Sign In” button or type “sign-in” in the chat. The welcome card only appears once when you first add the app and in your subsequent usages, you will only see the “Sign In” card. You can also type “help” if you want detailed instructions

  3. When you click “Sign In” you will be redirected to the Microsoft Login page. The Microsoft account you will be selecting will also be created for the Spiky Web Platform. After a successful sign-in, you should see the text below. If you run into a problem, send an email to [email protected].

  4. The next step is to sync your previously recorded (or videos that you will be recording from now on) videos to the Spiky Web Platform. If you have previously recorded meetings, our platform will pull the latest 10 meetings.

  5. Just type “sync” into the chat window, and you will see a message like the following:

  6. Now, go to the Spiky.ai tab located next to the chat window. Click the “Sign In with Microsoft Teams” button, then log in with the account that you connected to in Step 3.

  7. After you are signed in, click the “Start Analysis” button and then “Synced Meetings”.

  8. Now you should be able to start analysis for the synced meetings. Select the meeting(s) that you want to analyze and click “Next”.

  9. Add an owner and hit the “Analyze” button.
